📍 Where Can I Pick Up My Egg Chair?
All pickups for Egg Chair Outlet orders are collected from our trusted warehouse partner, GForce Freight International, and we offer pickup options in two locations, depending on product availability:
Sydney Pickup – Lidcombe Warehouse

🕐 Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🚫 Closed on weekends & public holidays
Melbourne Pickup – Available on Select Items Only

📌 Pickup at our Melbourne warehouse is only available for eligible products. Please check with our team before selecting this option at checkout.

⏱️ Pickup Timing
We understand you’re eager to relax in your new egg chair, but please note:
- Same-day pickup is not guaranteed
- Most orders are ready within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday, as our warehouse is closed on weekends

What Car Do I Need for Egg Chair Pickup?
Our CozyNest Egg Chairs (EC25, EC26, &EC27) come partially assembled and securely boxed for transport.
- ❌ Will NOT fit: Sedans, hatchbacks, or small SUVs (For small SUVs, if you car is smaller than a Toyota RAV4 or Mazda CX5, it will not fit)
- ✅ Recommended: Large SUV, station wagon, ute, or van

Can I Switch from Pickup to Delivery?
Yes—you can change your order from local pickup to delivery if needed.
How to Request Delivery:
- Call or email us with your order number.
- We’ll calculate the delivery fee based on your location (starting from $45).
- If you agree, we’ll send you our bank transfer details.
- Once payment is received, we’ll ship your egg chair to the delivery address provided in your order.
